It's official .. I move at the end of Jan.. Items 4 sale

Ok well I have had issues w/ moving and now, this evening, have been told we have untill the 21st of January to which we need to try and be out by. This is my daughters B-bay (the 20th) And we won't even be together for it since they will be going to FL ahead of us.

Not only do we need to be out, they "graciously" *and boy do I say they sarcastically* let us extend untill the end of the month but in lieu of idiots and the fact that I am freaked out that they won't give us our fair , by law, owed amount on time plus moving expenses I want to make sure I have planty to cover us incase they fail to follow through with their end of the deal. I will so be sueing their asses if they don't follow through.
