Keropi, you are making me think cannibalistic thoughts. Then again, I suppose anime characters aren't really human, they just look like they are human.

I mean, check out the size of those eyes in Kanon and Kirarin Revolution...definitely not human.

Well, I can't read the labels, but if you visit the url given and then hack around a bit you find a similar kind of anime jimcrack with the info added that ...

Nitroplus or Nitro+ is a multimedia developer of video games, manga, anime and music CDs. They’ve produced games like Chibi Mama and Demon Bane (Kishin Houkou Demonbane) for Playstation 2 and PCs. Demon Bane (Demonbane) is more of popular, it’s got a sequel called Demonbane DX. They released a set of 5 characters from Nitroplus games by Solid Characters. The figures are candy toys meaning they are in mystery boxes and you never know what you got until you open the boxes.

So I would guess that this is a similar item: inside is a ufo doll or keychain or some such item that goes with the anime pictured on the outside.

Either that or it's shoujo-flavored catfood.
