Question, the plastic where they're drawn and painted... is it the same size than the ones of the real cels? do they also come with the holes on the top?

Interesting. both bigger than normal cels and neither have registrations holes are both bigger than normal cels and neither have registrations holes .

You can get acetate in all sorts of sizes at online art shops. I wonder if the ones made by Japanese artists are more likely to have registration holes? Like the others said it depends on the artist. The few I've made were done on acetate alternative called dura-lar and it was for wet media.
