It was freakin' amazing, like a 2 hour music video. Snyder did a fantastic job of remaining faithful to the source material. Can't wait to see it again and again. I have such a crush on Gerard Butler :love2

I 100% agree with you Majin-Vegeta. That movie was ... I can't describe it! I loved the artistry behind it...the frame-by-frame sequence really showed a lot of depth to not just the characters but the feeling throughout the movie. I definitely want to see it again...and again...

What kind of movies do you like?

All the latest big deal movies seem to have numbers in the title.

Perhaps there are a few exceptions.

The representative scenes from the graphic novel were great, but the "added" scenes involving the queen were both unecessary and ultimately ruined the movie for me. Another example of hollywood taking things too far.

To say I watched this film makes me feel wrong inside. Yes I sat in the movie theatre through the entire movie, but to say I watched it? Nay, I experienced it.

I will be watching it again before it comes out on dvd/

Hear hear! Totally agree with that statement! This movie is indeed worth it, even more than what I thought it would be when the trailer first came out months ago. 8)

Looks really good judging by the trailer. Maybe it'll come out in the UK sometime in 2009 so I can join in with the praise then ;)
I like the hellraiser-type creatures in it, makes it appeal more than a straight historical drama because Hollywood doesn't do these too well.
