There are so many anime, and everybody has different taste. So please tell me which anime are popular now and/or were popular in the past.

Please give me your input of what you think is and was popular. No matter in which country you are.

I agree with uch of your list, Kata, but is your list primarily for popular anime in America? There are some series that are REALLY huge in Japan and Europe which may need including but most people here might not appreciate them.

I'd add these from my perspective, all of which still have a strong international fanbase, some even after 20 years:

Akira
Devilman
Fist of the North Star
Ninja Scroll
Record Of Lodoss War
Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust

I just listed a few and I agree with your adding. Those are popular, too! No they don't have to be just in USA, Japan and Europe are fine with me, too. I'm trying to see what is popular in the overall, plus different countries makes it better in my opinion to see what is popular.
