help ID a dragonball character

I really need an id on this guy so I can try and figure out what episode he is from

If anyone knows please shoot me a pm or a reply, and if you think you know the episode number that would even be better

It's from the original Dragonball series. He is a RR android/robot that works for General Blue. Episodes 48-57.
