RF already posted the source for the Rena avatar that I've been using for a bit. But, it was time for a change, so I switched to this one from Shakugan no Shana of Shana facing Bel-Peol.

Interesting...no wonder she reminded me of Nanatsuiro Drops's artwork. Noizi Ito did the artwork for both.
