Note to self: JWR knows all mid ‘90s anime titles. 8O

Yes, Twin Signal it is! I loved the characters in this cute little OVA  . They even had a “Proto” Winry :D ! Too bad they didn’t continue with more of the story from the manga, though :( . They must have meant to; as they show many of the other manga characters in the credits (but not in the show! :? )

Back to you, JWR 8)

I really enjoyed that series but I haven't seen the end of it yet. It's told like the story that inspired WS to write the play.

Romeo × Juliet?
No not that one.

Next hint:

They do become reincarnated but at different centuries.

ok then I'll give another hint.

One of the reincarnated pair was born far in the future when time travel had been discovered. Using this she is able to go back in time to find her lost love only to find out he has no memory of who he was in the past nor of their relationship.

Just a guess here -

Though I haven't seen it, a friend of mine is a huge fan of Now and Then, Here and There and your hints sound vaguely similar to what she was trying to tell me in the plot synopsis...? :shrug

Edit: Nevermind, I just realized "wrong answer".:sweatdrop

And now :emb , for a completely different kind of fanservice...

Taking place in a mythical “Chinese-esque” country where a famine seems to have disproportionately killed off girls :roll … our plucky, “bossy yet kindhearted” heroine appears to be one of only a tiny handful of females (and virtually the only one in her age bracket :? ). How trying for her to be constantly surrounded by attentive, if sometimes a bit overprotective and/or annoying, gorgeous guys! :D

Well, maybe it’s also because her chosen career was previously open only to men…
