I love this cute little series, which consists of multiple five minute shorts. And, although it is a gentle parody of real robot shows like Mazinger Z, Go Nagai himself championed it, and it was produced by Bandai, so it is not without some real Mech creds!!!

And Shellie, deep down, we all know that anime just wouldn't be anime without the MECHS!!!

SO true!

I'll have to look for that show, irmgaard. I haven't watched any anime for awhile, mostly because I haven't wanted to dive into something long and involved. A show that comes in 5-minute chunks AND has mech sounds absolutely fab!!
