I don't fully understand what you mean but the three Sailor Moon cels that didn't sell on Ebay should be appearing on YJ soon. ^_^ And that includes the Haruka cel.

Haruka will start at 1000Yen on Y!J within the next week or so. All three cels have been sent to my deputy to be sold on Y!J. I can only suggest looking out for them when they come up for auction there. ^_^
