I have a whole host of unidentified cels. Any help identifying these would be greatly appreciated.

Well, 9 and 15 are 'King Arthur and the Knights of Justice'.

I know i've seen 2 before, so now it's just a case of wracking my brain . . . providing i can find it first

8 is Magical Taruruuto-kun. 12 looks familar, too, but maybe that's because I have an evil little brother.

1 I think is from Digital Devil Monogatari Megami Tensei.

Yes, number one is the protagonist Nakajima on the back of demon dog, Cerberus from Digital Devil.

Number two is Masaki Murakami from the 1990s Guyver OVA.

Number seven is Go Goda and Ryo Aguri from Armored Police Metal Jack.

King Arthur and the Knights of Justice! That's the show where the football team from our modern world gets brought in place of King Arthur and his knights, right? I haven't thought about that series in FOREVER.

Number three is part of the D.D. from Bubblegum Crisis (OVA) episode 5 =D
