OK. I have thought about it and decided I must say something. I know nothing about this test cel, whether it is in the seller's possession or not. I do know the last time this person posted was last October about a Xellos cel.

Unbeknownst to me, that cel was bought off ebay for me, as a Christmas present. He paid via paypal. After waiting almost the maximum time allowed (I don’t remember, I think he said there were maybe three days left), and hearing nothing after several emails, he put in a dispute. Still nothing. Eventually, the matter was decided in his favor, and he was reimbursed the maximum amount, which meant he was out only some $10 to $13 dollars.

I learned about this later, when I was told to pick my present on my own, and shown why he didn’t have one. I got another great cel from a great seller, but that is a different story…

The denouement to this story is, sometime later I was checking Midori’s site, and her Blacklist had changed. The new name added was the very name of the other party in the dispute on the email he showed me that he got from paypal when they paid the claim out in his favor.

That Xellos cel is currently displayed on her site.

I bought this...

First off Thats not me on Midoris site. And while you were talking with me in chat, instead of acting like everything was OK and whispering behind my back you could have asked me. However, I do know the person on there, but I don't think they need further exposure.

I bought my Xellos cel from anime game and decided to sell it on ebay. I had gotten a payment and returned it. I noted and you can check with them...that at the end of February/beginning of March...I saw on my paypal account I still owed the person 12.50 and paid them back in full....YES that was my mistake but instead of asking me, you talked behind my back.

I don't appreciate that and I would have told you the same thing if you would have asked me. I'm sorry you didn't get your cel but I paid your friend back in full. Please make sure in the future you know your facts... I don't talk behind your back about you and if you had a problem you should have told me...or asked me..I would have preferred to talk to you instead of making you feel uncomfortable which I didn't realize you were.

In the future please speak with me..I have no problem with that...nor do I have a problem with you...just tell me instead of everyone around you..it doesn't solve the problem..and I see it was eating away at you. So on my part I apologize.

If anyone have a problem or question please let me know. I would be happy to answer it.

I have a question. This person who is showing on Midori's
site - the one that is not you - however, you know who they
are, do you share a cel site with her?? The reason I ask, is
because I see the pan Cowboy Bebop cel on your site that
I sold, and the person who won the cel on eBay, and took two
months to pay for it, is the same person that is showing up
on Midori's site.

Well, if she is not one of your multiple personalities,
then I suggest you stop sharing a site with her. :P

Just so things are perfectly clear:

No money was ever refunded, no email was ever responded to. A dispute was filed and a claim made with Paypalwhich was decided in his favor. The maximum amount covered was awarded to him . This is $200, paid by Paypal. The sellers name on the Paypal Resolution of Case #PP-366-077-185 is the same as the name on Midori's list. No other name is listed, no other monies have been received.

I do not believe it is customary to have to initiate a dispute and file a claim with Paypal for most transactions. I know he had never had to before, although he has been directly refunded for lost items twice before, directly by sellers who contacted him to let him know. I have only included the first initials and have removed the vowels from the email:

hmmmmmm - let me see if I can get this all straight in my head

1. You listed a cel on eBay.
2. irmgaard's friend won the cel as a Christmas present for her
3. He paid for the cel
4. You never shipped the cel
5. He filed a dispute and won
6. The person who the paypal transaction went through is the same person as on Midori's site.

I am not sure what you are arguing about or trying to prove here.
Seems to me that irmgaard has backed up her post. So, I would
say its time to move on. Oh, and quit sharing a paypal ID with the
person who you are suppose to be not sharing a site with anymore. :rollin
