Help buy me a bike!

Hello everyone,

As some of you may remember, my bike was stolen last Thanksgiving. I borrowed kymaera's for a while (

) and then a coworker gave me her daughter's old bike (bright pink with sparkly brake lines

).

Anyway, the gifted bike is pretty dead--it makes clunking noises when I pedal and the chain falls off every 50 feet or so.

Since I've got a car, I don't really need a bike, but I do have one class that's about 1/2 a mile away from my next one . . . and I've got 10 minutes to get to the second class.

So, it would be nice.

I'd like to either buy a new bike or fix the old one without digging into my savings, so I've added a couple of cels to my sales page:

Feel free to offer lower amounts on these. Also, I'm officially "opening" my gallery to offers.

I'm looking to get about $100-$150 for a new bike (I don't need anything fancy). I'd prefer to sell stuff on my sales page rather than take offers on my gallery. Contact info, pricing, payment, etc is on the page. Thanks!

It's working fine right now. Hmmmm.

Well, it's a free page, so it has an hourly limit on transfers. So, if it doesn't work, try again later. Sorry, that's all I can say.

Okay, I've gotten a couple of offers on stuff in my gallery, but nothing about my sales page.

Just to let you know, I'm going to be posting the page in a few other places, and I'll get back to the offers at the beginning of next week or so. I need time to decide whether I'd rather have those cels or a new bike.

If I can raise the money with my page alone, I'd rather do that.

After two hours, restarting my computer bout 5 times, and feeling like beating my computer to death (it's super old

) I redid the sales page so it shouldn't go down again. Hopefully.

Heh, I'm probably going to be needing a new computer soon, anyway. The one I have is well over 4 years old.

Anyway, the main point of this post is to let you guys know that I have moved my sale site off of geocities because Zerospace is Teh Awesome.

Okay. I've replied to everyone who contacted me. If you sent me an email/pm and I haven't replied to you, that means I haven't received it. Please send it again.

I've reached my goal, so my gallery is officially "closed" to offers. Truth be told, I don't mind receiving offers at any time, but I'm not very likely to accept them unless you give me an exact price. If I have a price in mind, the cel will be on my sales page.

Even if you give me an exact price, I might not accept, since I am very attached to a lot of stuff on my site.

Speaking of which, I'm going to leave everything on there for a few more days. At that point, I will remove a cel or two. Whatever remains up are things that I would still like to find new homes for. So, feel free to offer lower on those.
