Hi Everyone, I have sent out a "Shipping Request" for my stuff several days ago and still have yet to receive an invoice for a auction purchase I made almost a month ago (all the items are stored in the U.S.). Are they on vacation or backed up etc... ? I guess I'm too eager for my goodies.

They're just slow sometimes. But I've had them ship the items to me before they sent the invoice.

I have found them very , very late....in getting stuff shipped. I asked two weeks ago and just contacted them two days ago and asked if they could look into why it is taking so long.............

Just got an email, stating what the shipping fees were...

My deputy is kinda strange. Well.. not really(this is my regular deputy... not Anicyo or SMJ). I recently had my items shipped and had not requested a shipment from them since December. I buy ALOT of crap from YJ.. I really only got one cel out of that entire package. IT took them two weeks to package it... they were able to fit into two boxes... HUGE boxes at that. And then it took them another week or two to ship. I had waited 7 months to have it shipped... i didnt mind waiting another month to get it. >_>!!

Last time I ordered from SMJ... I think I got the package pretty fast. I really do not remember. ;_;

This issue might better be brought up there, where Nick (aka Dark Angel Division) will give it a quick and authoritative answer.

My impression is that shipping has in fact become slower as the business done by this concern increases and is increasingly devoted to things that are bulkier and more difficult to ship than cels and sketches. Meh. They come, they're very professionally packed, and you pay the exact cost of shipping, no S+H or ADP (additional dealer profit). I'm not switching yet.

If you haven't received an invoice for an auction that's already in the US, more than likely it got lost somewhere between their email and yours. I'd email Nick and ask him to resend it.

Also, the total that you owe might show up in your shipping invoice. I don't remember if it does or not. Then again, I always pay for everything before I send a request--so if I see an auction I want, I'll hold off on shipping just to get it included.

I have noticed that they've been a little slower in shipping than they were a year or two ago, but that's hardly a recent change.
