DT you totally wrapped that up perfectly and answered EVERYTHING! You're right!!! Now I love this series even more! Definitely on my top list of all time. Thanks DT :bow :bow :bow :bow

Oh and DT
I did notice the Orange grove which again I thought funny and cheesy.

A very interesting argument DT, and it could explain a lot of things, but if that is really what happened i believe they failed to explain it properly.....

I wouldn't think they would need to explain it. Guess if
I would have been paying closer attention to detail while
watching this, I would have picked up on all of that as
well.

well, but i'm interested in knowing how....
for starters, i have rewatched episode 21 a few times since i read that post and i haven't figured how i should be able to assume that the code of inmortality passes to Lelouch when the emperor strangles him.

And i can't see either how Lelouch knew that the code could be passed to him from someone other than CC..... and anyway, if passing the code was so easy how come CC was not able to do it earlier with someone else?
anyone cares to explain this to this poor soul?

Maybe the reason i don't understand is because i have been watching the fast subs, but still.....

I loved the ending!!! Image

The guy on the other forum is very convincing... but the initial premise the entire argument is based on is flawed... just like how Dark Suzaku said...

The Code is the power of immortality, which C.C. has. The 98th Emperor of Britannia, Charles, has the Code. He transferred the Code to Lelouch while strangling him in episode 21. Lelouch wanted this, and he deliberately told Suzaku to not interfere.-Theory of other forum-
But I see a major problem with the theory. Why would Charles give Lelouch immortality while strangling him...!?? Makes no sense what so ever. In charles's ideal world everyone including the dead would be immortal.

Also Charles was talking to Clovis and Clovis is 100% dead. So CC could be talking to a dead person. and not Marianna.

The Ending was great because it was a new beginning!!! Image

But the Subtitles were wrong... What CC actually said on the wagon was...
Lelouch... I'm pregnant, so what do you want to call your kid? ...

Somehow the ending feels like "Wolf and Spice"

I believe they were saying it happened in episode 21 but was probably explained throughout the series. I know there is just so much that happens in all the episodes that one watch doesn't do it justice. :)

I mentioned this theory on another thread and I got jumped on. It makes me so happy that we're grownups here. I'm sure I was debating with a 12 year old because EVERYTHING WAS IN CAPS! :roll

You know, there's a part of me that wishes the author would come out and say
yes, Lelouch is still alive or no, I'm sorry he's not.
That would stop all these stupid "arguements". I handled it in my typical fashion - I laughed at him. Of course, I said he had his opinion and I have mine and neither of us are going to change our minds.

Ah well, it gives me more reason to ask for the OVA
Lelouch and CC's Magical Eternal Journey. :P

In what way?
