SO out of touch - can anyone help me with pricing, please?

Okay, so I've been out of the cels game for a couple of years, and now that I'm revamping my gallery into "keep" and "sell" sections, I find myself at a total loss on pricing the latter. I have no idea what anything is going for any more!

If anyone out there wouldn't mind helping me put prices on cels from a bunch of different series, please drop me a line. I'm going to have at least one or two cels up from just about every series I collect, so I could use all the advice I can get!

EDIT: Might help to give a link to the sale page in progress... series will be added to this as I sort everything out. But you can already tell how much I need your wisdom, heehee!

Whoo, a cel of Gaav. I'm sure you'll get a good price on that one. Slayers has gotten pretty expensive these days.

Sorry if emails got lost in the shuffle; I was getting so much spam for a while, it overwhelmed the underlying Speakeasy mailbox that all my Evilminion.com addresses point to. Lost a lot of mail for a couple of months, before I finally gave in and retired half my addies.

Sletia, I would greatly appreciate your advice on pricing my few li'l Slayers cels! (Don't have an email from you, though... could you please resend?)

Zerospace, the same definitely goes for you and GW -- I can't imagine a more knowledgable source of mech cel info!

And Goldknight, I've saved your poor abused Killua cel alllll this time. You can bail it out whenever you like!

I'm still slowly moving my gallery to Rubberslug, updating by series as I sort things out. I'm hoping that within the next month or so, I'll have everything back online again. I miss being able to look through my pretties without actually pulling out the cel binders, heehee!

Seriously, I'm not going to be too much help. I'm apparently out of touch, or I've just had really bad luck selling. On most items I'm not getting 50% of what I paid. On my last lot of stuff, I had about $750 worth of cels and some bleach sketches, plus about $150 of bonus stuff that(mangas, plushie, Itoya books etc) and I couldn't get $300 for it, best offer I got was $100. So my collection didn't thin like I thought it would. lol. I'm well aware I don't collect the most highly sought after series though. =D

BTW... I still, absolutely ADORE Fred and Melfina. I gave Fred a BG and he looks even more splendid.

i love that last cel on your page (the man holding the cat lady)... but unfortunately i bought the last cel that im going to buy till after christmas.

(seriously gotta put myself on a force cel fast because of no extra money what so ever)... well anyways, why this has anything to do with your situation (lol)... i think its kinda a bad time to sell anything. Like Laura said, stuff just isnt selling for what its really worth (and it really is worth more but people just dont have the money).

well i hope you have a good sale regardless (so sorry, i didnt really mean to be all doom and gloom there).

One of my few surviving slayers - survived 'cuz it's oversized. Can't help you with cost though, since I bought mine so long ago.

I guess it depends on the series, But I'm horrible at pricing stuff so I can't help ^^;
The gundam ones could go for maybe $100??? Something around there.....
