Nov. Update!

EDIT: Okay..so I'm adding stuff now....Hopefully most of it this week, since people will probably be away next week....

One thing is certain, my layout is changing, and so is my cel collection!
I'm planning to do a large update ^_^, in celebration of my 5th anniversary...Which passed on May 3th, very late yes XD.....

For now, here is part of my update:

(I was thinking of putting everything in a "NEW" section, but then I would have to move them back to their sections, and it takes too long @_@)

Huh.... something to do before work, sorry.... pulled it out to recheck....

Mine is a n A5 end.... it looked like a 3 at first ( they say the eyes are the first to go.)

Yep the eyes....I got mine fixed in March....
The animators should be more clear with their numbers @_@

Great additions!

Lovely demented evil AnC cel -- love the expression, love the background, love the light effects on the face and hair.

MKR Fuu portrait. My sensei-sense is telling me this is from the OAV rather than the TV series. Those spiky eyebrows and eye shadows look Gothy rather than cute. If I'm right, it might be from one of the scenes in which she's inside her mashin Windam fighting another mecha. The light gets funky in there, and so the blank cel might have been an easy way to do this.

The OAV is only 2 1/2 hours long, and while it's totally incomprehensible as narrative, it has one lovely and memorable visual sequence after another, so it's worth watching through to find your cel. I love the action bit where every window in a Tokyo office building simultaneously shatters, and I'm profoundly charmed by the nonchalant way in which Guru Clef sips a cup of Starbucks Coffee in one scene (despite coming from an alternative world where coffee doesn't exist).

Dramatic Amelia from Slayers -- and even without the other layer the disembodied hand on her shoulder really makes this one creepy.

OMG I'm in one of those "I love you" anime scenes! Thanks for the context and info on Kyoshiro and the Eternal Sky, which I knew nothing about. Is it a Studio Pierrot production? The sketches (which are gengas, not layouts btw) look a lot like the pan gengas from Saiyuki. Lovely, and obviously a key moment.

DD Handsome Sesshy from the IY Movie 3 -- you do a great job of presenting these: dialog, screen caps, etc.

Overall, some great stuff, very well displayed. Thanks for the extra effort.
