UTB Broadcasts in Southern California

Post by Keropi »

This is pretty neat. I'm going to have to watch these anime broadcasts just for the heck of it:

You don't say.

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.

OMG I did not know about this. Thanks. :bounce

I looked for it on TV but it must be using a different channel here in SD (common). There are too many digital stations to scan them all. I emailed the company for the correct channel, and now I can't wait to check them out.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya is on channel 18.2 in Los Angeles right now. 8O

It's subtitled too. It's the episode when they were on the island trying to solve the mystery. The played the entire end credits with subtitles and romanji for the song lyrics. Based on the episode preview it looks like the next episode will be the air conditioner episode. I think that means that the episodes are being played out of chronological order like its first airing on Japanese TV.

Wah...and they had an Anime Expo commercial on as soon as the end credits were over.

This is more fun for me than most people since I've only had regular television at my house for at least the past fifteen years. :)
