Me, too. It's been most difficult to sort through my collection. And I cannot believe that I'm selling certain cels. I've had that cel of Yuri since 2003, but at least I know she's going to a good home with a fellow Miyuki-chan collector...

The house I'm looking at is almost 200 years old and needs some serious upgrading. (the foundation is made from field stones and the basement has a dirt floor)
