All I did was figure out how to cheat by voting twice. Thanks, AL for putting the stern warning of Eternal Doom on the Voting Page for the benefit of anyone (else) trying to do the same thing.
It really was one of the strongest competitions in memory, despite all the warnings of lax participation at the outset. I feel fortunate to have picked up my single Third. (Creature: Squid Noelle from Tenshi ni Narumon.)
Congrats to all the winners, thanks to the organizers, and to the under-appreciated among you -- 2011 is another year!

Now that competition is over and that I won't to lobby/damage an art by quoting it, may the owner be kind to tell me the series/film concerned by this baseball player:

Aesthetic in movement reminds me the Animatrix short "World Record" and I'd like to watch a bit more of this baseball art for personal culture.
Thanks

I'm not the owner, but it's from the beginning of the first MezzO Forte OVA. However, the anime really isn't baseball or sports oriented.iceman57 wrote:Now that competition is over and that I won't to lobby/damage an art by quoting it, may the owner be kind to tell me the series/film concerned by this baseball player:

What series is this female from? She's very pretty, with her flowing hair.

I am the owner of that cel. It's from Hakugei Densetsu (1997), episode seven: "Nice to Meet you, Haunted Ship!". She's a hologram of one of the ship's now long-dead crew.ReiTheJelly wrote:What series is this female from? She's very pretty, with her flowing hair.

I haven't put that cel up on my site yet, but I have other cels from the series posted (http://chriscelsite.rubberslug.com/gall ... esID=24655).
Thank you, ReiTheJelly, for your kind words and interest.

Thanks to everyone who participated in the awards this year. And, as always, a super big thanks to everyone who aided in organizing the awards this year. There were lots of great entries this year, and, I think every year the awards keep getting better and better.
Thanks to everyone who voted for my artwork this year. I really appreciate it.
