Oooo! The whole bunch! Isn't that crazy guy Casey Jones? I remember him from the movie. But, it has been a long time since I have seen Ninja Turtles. Great cel! Brings back a lot of great memories!

I'm sure somebody's already posted about this cel...but I really like it.

The background is beautiful, and it's one of the better shots I've seen of Gohan in his Kai attire.
