I adore his expression in this cel. He was my favorite character in the show, and this cel really displays the side of his character I found so appealing. I am a sicko.

It won't look pretty like the page the cel is actually on, but the URL at the top was just the homepage address.

Btw, anyone who hasn't read Evilminion's little reflection on cel collecting on her website, you are really missing out. It's hysterical!
