Extremely effeminate by today's standards (as is appropriate for a high-born Heian man), Sai is often drawn with traditionally feminine features and mannerisms. Sai's extremely emotional behavior is also proper for a Heian male; he sometimes cries copiously in chibi style (usually in an episode introduction), soaking his long sleeves with tears, which in his own time would be respected as a sign of intelligence and sensitivity.

First, let me say how impressed am I at the sheer number of voters. I'm hoping we hit 3 digits. Come on! One more voter and we break 100.

Second, in the event that we wind up with a tie, we will have a run off of only those characters that tie. It may happen but then again it may not. It seems every time I look we have a new leader.

Well, CEZ set up another meeting with our expert, Sanji. He said that since we can't really change the
stupid moss-head's personality, we should work on highlighting his strengths. So we headed to the
top of a cliff for some dramatic shots . . . unfortunately, on the way, we took our eyes off Zoro for a couple of
seconds . . .
