Ooh, I hope you have a good flight at the end of the month!! It's really coming soon, isn't it? Do you know how you're getting from Nagoya to Hikone? Is somebody going to pick you up at the airport maybe?

And I really wanted to fly NWA again because of my frequent flyer miles... I think you need 30,000 for a free international ticket, and I'll easily have that on my next trip. Like you said, I may have to wait until close to the last minute to book the flight for a decent price, especially since they're only going to reemburse me up to $600 for it. I'm only booking a one-way ticket, too, so... You'd think that'd be cheaper, too.

Anyway, thanks for all your help and support, everybody!! It really means a lot! *hugs*

Well someone is supposedly meeting us at the airport, and then we will be taking the train to Hikone. I had originally been on a flight where I would have been all on my own when I got to the airport, so I was really glad to discover that it would only cost me $50 to get on the 'official' flight.

And as far as the number of miles you need, I don't know about other regions of the globe, but it costs 60k miles for a roundtrip ticket to Asia. (So yeah I guess only 30k for one way...). And everything that I have seen makes it look as thought a roundtrip ticket is cheaper than a one-way. Which doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me.

But give me an update on if you are succesful in about a month's time. I hope you are!!

The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
3. A robot must protect its own existence as long as such protection does not conflict with the First or Second Law.
