No. There were quite a few Bleach characters there. I think she meant
two Ichigo's, but there were at least three.

We saw about five Urahara's, three Ichigo's, two Renji's, two or three
Orihime's, two Ishida's, an Aizen, a Ken, etc.

No. We like to see others suffer.

What happened to them?

That's true!! Ask him, he'll tell you "I live to bring suffering" (or words to that effect) :P

Don't believe a word I say (I did mean two Ichigos, though). I've been a little out of it the past week or two, and it's only going to get worse as the week progresses. X| Honestly, I've been starting sentences and not bothering to finish them. It's really starting to annoy my roomie. She has to poke me every once in a while to get me to finish thoughts. :hurt: Lack of sleep, stress of work, plus a con on top of all of that made for a horrible couple of weeks.

In fact, kymaera says I lied to him and said I wasn't going as Urahara, which I have absolutely no recollection of doing. I'm guessing that one of the following happened:

1. I got annoyed because he guessed my costume in one try and deliberately lied to him (dang kymaera wouldn't guess :P ).
2. I misunderstood something he said and vehemently disagreed (quite possible given my recent state of mind X| :hurt: :emb ).

:shrug

On another note, I don't remember seeing any Orihimes or Ishidas. X| But that's probably because neither character really appeals to me all that much. But some of the Uraharas we saw more than once. I'm guessing there were about two or three others there.

I could always seek onto kymaera's computer and steal it for you. :evil2 While I'm at it I'll get a couple of kymaera when he had long hair. :^^:

Thanks for sharing the pics, ky. You look really cute, klet! That's a great Urahara costume. :D (Handmade? Very impressive! 8O)

Did you randomly glomp any of the other Uraharas you came across or were you able to control yourself?

And... were you able to liberate any goodies from the dealer's room?

lol. It was a generic karate-type pattern that my roomie already had. I cut the fabric, extending the top black piece down as far as possible with the bolt of fabric I had, pined it together, and she sewed it. Actually, I got to sew on the overcoat for a while, but then she took the sewing machine away from me. Apparently I was too slow (we started this the weekend before the con X| ). I did do all of the paint design and actual painting, though (the diamonds and the strips on the hat are painted on).

Actually, I felt a little awkward. Kind of like in the movies when the leading lady walks into a party and sees several other women wearing the same dress . . .

Actually, come to think of it, I do remember seeing a total of three other Uraharas. One was a girl (but she only dressed as him on Friday; on Saturday, she was Sanji, which I only remember because she was running one of the booths) and the other two were guys that I only saw on Saturday. I really should have gotten a picture with the other two, but I didn't think of it at the time. :l

The dealer's room was pretty generic stuff. Anime Ed was there, but I didn't really see anything that caught my eye. Plus, I was thinking of some online deals that I kind of want right now . . .

kymaera did get some figures, though. :)

Awwww... but two Uraharas glomping... I highly doubt onlookers wouldn've minded.
