Oh, were you away? ;)

You'd BETTER have been installing a new computer last night, doofus. I needed someone to whine at after the five thousand trips up the stairs cleaning up after my absent spouse.

*how one grown man can make such a huge mess... grump, grump*

And I had even intended to scan something other than the single birthday cel I have done thus far... and maybe even upload them. So much for that.

So, did ya bring us all presents? Soubeineeers? Tales? Pictures? :)

Just wait till said spouse returns and spends the next few months yelling "Honey , Have you seen ____ , I can't find anything since you moved all my stuff!" :hitting:

Spent a chunk of time last night working on getting my new computer (aka
Nanaka) up and running. Still have quite a few things to install (camera,
scanner, printer, mp3 player, video codecs, etc), but it's generally functional.
Once I get the chance to fiddle with it, I'll put up a few pictures.

We were only expecting photos of your holiday/family, not those pictures!

As someone who recently mourned the loss of a computer hard disk I feel your pain- installing everything from scratch is really frustrating and time-consuming, especially if you like to configure all the various elements and programs.
Best of luck with it all!

So...I finally got my camera installed.

First stop on our trip was the Aquarium in Atlanta, GA. It ended up being my
favorite item on our schedule..especially the whale sharks and penguins.

That afternoon, we paid a visit to somewhere you should all recognize...
Image

No, that's not Baakay's house. It's the zoo. How can you go wrong visiting
a place that has elephants,

apes being fed,
Image

and Genma Saotome?

The next day, we started off with a tour of the main CNN studio.
Image

Followed by a visit to Underground Atlanta for lunch
Image

Plus who could pass up a trip to the ever-exciting World of Coke?

Finally, we ended up going to the museum dedicated to my sister's hero
of the week, Jimmy Carter.

Sooo . . . how much pain did she inflict upon you for mentioning her and then posting a pic of an elephant? :wack

Great pics, ky! Does the Coke museum still let you have those little cups of Coke out of the fountains at the end of the tour? That was a fun place. (Took me a few days being in Atlanta to finally realize why I was having a hard time finding my Mt. Dew anywhere. X| Anti-Pepsi-ites they are!!) And the Underground was awesome... and kinda hard to really fathom that it honestly was the old city, now underground. Weeeeiiiirrd.

Glad to see you getting your new computer and equipment back on-line. :)

I don't even think she's paid any attention to this thread at all.

More than you might think.

2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.
