No...if memory servers correctly, James Cameron insists that he has the rights to the title and was raising quite the stink over it. I believe that they will be calling it "The Last Airbender".

Oh man... *rolls eyes*. Though I do remember he did apparently get the rights to make the Avatar film along with Battle Angel some years ago. But he's been saying he was going to start making one or the other of them for years.
