I have a top 10 list of my current favorite cels. However, it doesn't necessarily reflect my "to die for" feelings. The following pieces do.
My very first Tokyo Babylon cel - I remember clearly how my heart skipped a beat when I ran across a collector who was leaving the hobby. She told me she was putting all her cels up for offer. She had a nice collection but this cel of Subaru and Seishirou was the only one I had to get. Her offer period started and I won. Since the series is so old, I figured the odds of owning one of the cels was next to impossible. As you can see from my gallery, I found out I was wrong. They remind me that if you wait long enough you can get the things you want.
My friends rock for Inuyasha - A whole bunch of sequence mates to this cel came out about the same time. Due to the "crazy hours" that I work, I couldn't be around for the ends of auctions so I kept losing. Finally, this cel popped up on a dealer's site and 5 friends contacted me. Three of them even told me they almost bought him for me knowing I'd pay them back. Not only was this shot a wishlist for me, he reminds me of the great friends I've made in this hobby.
Kindness brought me Aki - I had been looking for this spoiler cel of Aki for 6 years. I figured he was locked away in someone's private offline gallery never to be seen again. I thought there was no hope to ever see him let alone own him. And then it happened. He appeared on a dealer's site. And someone had him on hold. That someone had seen my image of him on my wishlist and contacted me. She said she'd love to have him but if I wanted to buy him, she'd back off. I was shocked because she found him first. She didn't have to do that. But she had no problems with it. We contacted the dealer and I struck the deal. This collector is a wonderful person and I'll never forget her kindness every time I look at Aki.

Oh what a fun thread!
So, what I hold dearest, huh?
OK apart from the obvious Disney cels I have, which I hold all of those dearest to me, here are some Anime artwork that I hold very dear and nobody is going to rip these out of my cold hard dead zombie hands before they get mauled.
Transformers Sixshot Hanken artwork
By far, one of the best quality and most detailed artworks I have in my collection. the image really does not do this piece justice one bit

Youkai Sesshoumaru Sketch Set

Naruto vs. Gaara Hanken (this was among my ultimate wishlist sketch when I first saw the group of hankens on Mandarake auction way back when)

Kakashi "spanking" Naruto (okay, so not REALLY spanking him, this is just hilarious!)
