This absolutely takes away any chance of her getting
a refund from paypal. If she wants to give up the
money and the dolls both......... /gg

As long as it's possible to prove, then that would be fun. :)

Yeah!!! *rubrubrub*

Thanks, Ashura. I promise to give him back--eventually.

Anyway, what were we talking about? Aw, yes, ebay!!

Wow, this whole situation is becoming murkier and murkier. Get all sorts of confirmation if you do send the dolls, and save every single little email. Drown ebay with evidence!! :)

Okay, well, to give you guys another update.

I gave her 2 choices, the dolls or partial refund. She ended up choosing the partial refund. So, it should be over by today. My GOD! That person was nuts. 8O

She is definitely blocked from all my auctions on Ebay!

LOL! What a baka she is! Does she realise she is losing money if she goes for the other dolls? LOL!

I'm glad things are looking up for you now. :)

Ok, I'm lost... why did you give her a partial refund?? eh... :puzzled :shrug She's covering your insertion fees or something because she doesn't want the dolls?

I think I missed something. I personally would desire to kick this bidder firmly in the posterior portions.

Yes, the conditions she agreed to were that if she wants to back out of the auction, then she has to pay for the fees.
