Yes I think there are.
The Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot may not injure a human being, or, through inaction, allow a human being to come to harm.
2. A robot must obey the orders given it by human beings except where such orders would conflict with the First Law.

They were very helpful (I took trains to go to Berlin and I did not know how to buy tickets.... Then someone was sooooooooooooooooo helpful even though he was about late for his train!)So yeah it was great
