I think we called those "Elephant Ears" in Oregon. They used to seem so BIG. But now that I'm grown up, if I go back to Saturday Market, they don't look so big any more.HotIce wrote:a dough ball rolled flat, fried, then covered in cinnamon and sugar.

Elephant Ears here in Ohio are rolled balls, fried then covered in powered sugar.
