What's YOUR favorite and weirdest snack?

thats very similar to something i made in high school that i think were called Benuelos... a dough ball rolled flat, fried, then covered in cinnamon and sugar. Speaking of cinnamon and sugar, I LOVE cinnamon and sugar pretzles! YUMMY!

I think we called those "Elephant Ears" in Oregon. They used to seem so BIG. But now that I'm grown up, if I go back to Saturday Market, they don't look so big any more.

(Saturday Market: open air market in Portland OR, to have a booth there your product must be hand made...
however, there is also the market across the street which is more like a flee market of misc items)

Elephant Ears here in Ohio are rolled balls, fried then covered in powered sugar. And only really served at fairs and Amusement Parks... though I'm only speaking for Cedar Point (at least 4yrs ago) b/c it's the only park i've been to in at least 18years.
