What would you suggest? Chobits, bleach...

I have a friend who likes chobits and bleach... She thinks that Ichigo is a hot-

headed... redneck... but that's an entire 'nother matter, I reckon.

I was going to suggest Naruto.

What do you think?

That might be good. Maybe Tsubasa Chronicle, though it is kinda slow-paced. Inuyasha? Get-backers? Oh Saiyuki might be good too, or how about Fruits Basket?
