Greetings peeps,

the spring is blossoming, the air warming, and as such, it is times to go outsides, hold that loved one closer, and pay the billz wracked up from an over inflated Winter ;P

Keep in mind, I'm not desperate or have lost my mind, so many will not be leaving... most likely, unless the price is right. Still, you never know, nor I what the future holds. We'll see.
