So today we went to the used video game store because Tim has been going crazy wanting a super mario game. (Lord knows where he got the bug. Probably saw a website or something.)
Anyway, our local store had a bunch of anime DVDs for super cheap. Some were even imports with straight japanese. We thought, hey, why not. So we picked up a couple. Sister Princess 4 disk set for $5.00 ? Why not?
... BOOTLEGS! ...
Our first clue as we start the first disk of Sister Princess:

And it only gets worse. (Or better if you are strange like us.) Aparently, these were CHINESE Bootlegs, that someone slapped litteral translations to English on to. So the English subtitles read like total crack!
And the Names are all Chinese names spelled out in English, rather than using the actual Japanese names. It's a riot. Well worth the $5.00.
I feel sorry for Karin-chan who's name aparently in China translates to "So Poor" .. so everytime she walks in it's, "So Poor, where have you been?" XDD
My favorite line so far is
"It come form you magical heart."
*dies laughing* Man I needed this pick-me-up.
