Question regarding IPMO (pink paper..)

I was wondering how much do IPMO's cost (the paper itself) and also when you obtain them at the postal service and you want to send X amount of funds do you generally pay via cash or do they generally take it out of your bank account (or do you have a choice)? Sorry for all the questions never sent a IPMO before let alone MO so i have no idea if there different. Thanks!

I believe they only accept cash, debit cards or travelers checks for IPMOs.
No credit cards.
