Do Japanese have a week off for Lunar New Year?

Some Asian Countries do... So I was wondering if they are off this week, since I e-mail them and they won't reply!!

Usually they reply within 12-24 hours! /wah /wah

I'm wondering the same thing because an order I paid for 3 weeks ago still hasn't arrived. The seller I occasionally buy from normally takes a week and a half and up to two weeks for their goods to arrive to me but this time its a little unusually late. I emailed them tonight so I hope to get a response soon. However they also tend to not reply to emails for several days. :?

We celabrate a new yeat on January 1st (usually we take days off until Jan 3rd or 5th). We do not (as far as I know of ;) including my family and my friends in Japan ;) ) celabrate lunar new year..... :) :)
