Pb with EMS since monday april 2nd

Hi,

since monday of last week my tracking is always the same : dispatch from outward post office ( Tokyo )....
is anybody has the same problem with package sent on EMS since last week from Tokyo ??!!

all my cels are in it....more than 290 000 yen....The despair is in my heart ...

For the past few months (maybe since October?) trying to track EMS online has been very unreliable. Sometimes it gets updated, sometimes it doesn't. I've had a two separate packages (2 different senders) arrive safely from Japan even though the website said they had not left Japan. I've had others in the same time frame that I've been able to track the entire way.

I bet your packages are fine and someone is just being lazy about entering the data into the website.

I've noticed that anytime I have somthing shipped EMS, that the status has always been way off. Sometimes, it doesn't even get updated at all! That's when I start jittering wondering if my cels are going to make it on their journey over. I just find that the whole tracking system in general is very unreliable.

This goes for the USPS as well, where I've had packages arrive when I was checking their status on tracking and it said it still hadn't left the town that it was being shipped from.

I don't know why, but I'm hoping after many complaints they will get the situation straightened out, otherwise, what's the point of tracking your information if it doesn't ever get updated? It doesn't do any good, right?
