These cels are omake cels. So basically if you buy a set of crystal sheets then you can get a cel for free. So in order to get a cel, you have to buy the set which costs 34,440 yen.

I have been wanting to get a set. Although....I cant get it JUST yet mwhaha. *hugs. Thanks again Kittens! ^^
