Douga merging, reanimating help

Post by klet »

I recently got a sketch set that included all of the douga and genga as well as the timing sheet. The entire sequence is only a total of four pages (one A layer, 3 B layers) so I would love to reanimate it.

But I don't know how to merga images. The A layer is the base layer, and it's missing the mouth. The 3 B layers are all mouth layers.

I was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction in this project. I would need an imaging program (preferably a free one) that can merge images. I was once told how to do it in photoshop, but unfortunately, I don't own a copy of photoshop. :l

I would also be looking for a program that I can use to create gifs (once again, a free one). It would have to be one that doesn't leave a watermark.

Any advice?

By the way, it's the douga that goes to this genga set I just put in my gallery:

I haven't scanned the douga yet, since I was feeling laazy. :emb

I've gotten a few tips from some members. Thanks guys! I've got a couple of programs to check out, and I'll let you all know how it goes and post the results. :)
