Question for Sellers

Post by MDKiller1 »

Ok I have a question that id like to ask other sellers about.

Say you sold a cel to someone (an you know who the person is) so you sent the invoice and a couple emails letting them know when youd be shipping cels out and asked when they would beable to pay so you could get the cel ready to be shipped. On your first email you never heard anything back from the person. So you send another email and nothing once again. An since you know who the person is buying the cel you know they have been online since buying the cel..therefore should have got the message from ebay

I know ebay gives people 10 days to pay for the item. Which is what I do as well. But after the 10 days if you havent heard anything from your emails or the person hasnt paid what do you do? Would you leave bad feedback and relist the item? How long would you wait after the 10 days to do something about it?

My main worry is this person's id was blocked from bidding on my stuff because they bought something before..paid...requested there money back and got refunded twice and never refuned me the extra money they got refunded. So they used a different ID and now arent getting ahold of me. So im kind of thinking they are just doing what they are doing to leave bad feedback for something that didnt happen?

Please help what should I do?

If it's a sale on ebay , you need to send a second invoice before you can file a non paying bidder claim.

If it's a private sale from an offer period then you can cancel the transaction.

Just make sure you save all your emails.

Yes, definitely go the eBay procedure way - sending the invoice again, attempting to correspond via eBay and copying youself on all mail. Wait to address the negative feedback until the matter has been resolved, or they might get spiteful and leave a negative strike on yours. Best of luck!
