Fruits Basket fancel comission...

anyone know of anyone who could make REALLY good Fruits Basket fancels? Now that Hyper is sort of gone I don't really know anyone else who can make them and who is taking comissions.

I guess they are really cracking down on cel fanart makers... I understand it's for fraud reasons but... when there are CG anime and no cels just sketches it kind of leaves this desperation to see a cel for the anime even if it's fake, you know? If someone knows of anyone or if someone themselves can create good Fruits Basket fancels but are afraid they might get shutdown or in trouble just PM me and I will be most grateful. Thanks!
