I wanted to pass along my link of an odd item I have for sale:

It's the WoW Burning Crusade Collector's Edition expansion box set. It's factory sealed, which means the CD key is still good -- something that can be sketchy in auctions for box sets that have been opened. It's a long story how I wound up with two copies, but I ran across this one again while cleaning house and figured I should toss it on Ebay sooner rather than later.

So spread the word, if you know anyone who might be interested. The bid is still WELL below the original price of the game and I'd love to at least not take a loss on it. ^_^ Feel free to ask me questions about it via PM here, if anyone wants. I play WoW myself, so I can help parents considering this for a child, who don't know much about the game themselves. ^_^

NICE. Iw ishih ad bought these up when they were on sale at Frys. They were selling them for $25!!! ~_~ I bought the dell WoW laptop and got the collectors edition upgrade to my account from BC and original WoW.. If i hadnt i would be all over this!

As a fellow wow person, and pet collector, I applaud you!

I skipped the collector's edition of BC, but got the collector's Lich King...and frosty the frost wyrm was worth it

Slightly off topic, but what servers do you play on?

I'm on Icecrown, one of the original servers. ^_^ I've been playing since hour one of day one. I was a beta tester for the original game and beta-tested both expansions. I've raided, on-level, every raid zone in the game. (Though I kind of don't count Sunwell, since by the time we got there, we'd only downed two bosses by the time the Wrath expansion came out...) So you could say I play a bit. LOL ^_^

However, I honestly DO buy the collector's expansions for the toy pets, primarily. ^_^ (The soundtracks, secondarily.) I currently have 106 and 101 vanity pets on my two main characters. ^_^

If you want a Netherwhelp, I'm pretty sure that already upgraded accounts can still use a collector's edition key to get the pets from that expansion. The trick is, the key has to be previously unused.

If you're on Icecrown, maybe we can group up sometime! ^_^
