Could anyone please help me identify this DBZ background?

Hello everyone, I'm trying to identify the background on one of my cels, it could be matching but I'm not 100% sure. However, I'm pretty sure it's from the correct episode:

The cel is from the episode Goku first goes Super Saiyan 3 and dukes it out with Majin Buu to stall him for Trunks.

Not sure where the background goes but I'm sure it is from that episode. The way the clouds are painted gives it away.

Any help anyone may give would be greatly appreciated

Sorry, but for me it's not matching, i see many zones where the clouds are not on the background, but you can see them on the video and vice versa. There is nothing more similar than 2 clouds backgrounds from different series.
