So, yeah...... looks like I am going to be in a long drug
out legal battle, and I am sure its going to cost me a ton
of money, but ya know - family is more important than
anything.

So, everything in my gallery is up for offers. I have
absolutely nothing hidden. It will pain me to let some
things go, but in the end, I certainly hope it will all be
worth it.

I too am sorry to hear this and hope that both the people involved use common sense and that the lawyers involved don't artificially draw it out to their benefit. Sometimes the Law is necessary when the ethics and obligations on both sides are ambiguous, but it's best used as a tool, not a weapon. Good luck too on your offers.

Good luck! I'm related to too many attorneys and judges to say anything negative about them, but Sensei is right -- you need to make sure that neither party's lawyer is just drawing out the proceedings in order to get as much money as possible.
