Rare gallery update (Galaxy Angel dream cel)

It's been a long time since I felt the need to announce the acquisition of a cel, but after 9 years of hunting I figured this one was due.

I've always favored Vanilla H's character design to other characters even in more favored shows of mine. As an aside, this cel was a regular on my old wishlist from my long-extinct gallery. Well, it showed up on Mandarake and arrived in fantastic condition. As sort of a veteran in this hobby and generally a busy body, it takes a lot for me to gaze at a cel for long periods of time anymore, but this cel has certainly grabbed me. Just wanted to share my glee!

I also realized there have been a few other amazing-but-unannounced updates in my gallery, but I won't get into those right now.

Congratulations on the wonderful Galaxy Angel cel from one GA collector to another. Not many people seem to appreciate this anime, and it was one of the last made with cels. It certainly is a great composition.

Heh. It's a Galaxy Angel Red Letter Day! Let's salute Morio Asaka (overall director) and Mariko Fujita (character designer, both veterans of CCS), as well as Miyuki Sawashiro (seiyuu for Mint Blancmanche, later a magisterial Shinku in Rozen Maiden).

Not to mention Sovereign for having the good taste, the quick eyes, and the shrewd sense to capture this lovely pan cel!
