ok so i bought something extremely cheap off of ebay on the 2nd of june (a dvd). i paid with an e-check and it cleared on the 9th or so. So all this time i havent heard from the seller and its been 9 days since the check went through.
so i get an email yesterday (after i sent two emails to her
) and she says "oh ive been sick, ill send you it today and ill refund the shipping". i emailed back saying thanks and the email comes back to me saying that its not deliverable, that the account is either temporarily disabled or shut down.my question is, how long does paypal give you to make a claim?
im worried the woman is stringing me along to keep me from making a claim before its too late (sorry did that make sense)?
is it a month from initial transaction that you have to make a claim?
