Need help IDing unknown cel

Bought this cel the other day, but have no idea what it's from.....was pritty and cheap so couldn't resit.......but would love to know if anyone has any idea what it's from?

It's kinda weird, the background is a digital print on photo paper........might be for a video game, or something like that, realy no idea, cel shop that sold it to me had no clue either
