Questionable Pokemon Cels

I noticed today quite a few new auctions when I searched for Pokemon cels on ebay:

However, the coloring seems to be off on most of these(the cels listed by elegantwholesale2010). From my understanding, OLM never officially released production artwork so the "Pokemon stamps" are also fishy.

Thoughts?

Yeah, I always avoid the "This Item was purchased from a Animation Store which went out of Business The Store was located in the Chicago Illinois Area" seller. The cels look fake and shoddy and the negative reviews about some of the cels confirm suspicion.

i actually corresponded with that guy once regarding a cel from the little mermaid. here is the correspondence:

Dear elegantwholesale2010,

is there a cel letter on it? the disney logo in the corner makes it appear like a reproduction cel. is it an original production cel?

His response:

Dear cagephotography,

I wills ay no on productionitem is hand painted though..

So i will assume this is the same kind of thing. They were probably painted by someone--could be a studio, i dont know, but they are, by his own admission, not production cels.
