FS: Sailor Moon & Trigun Cels Make Offers

Post by darthripley »

I wish I had the time to make a more proper introduction, but I've been collecting cels for well over 10 years & used to post very rarely on the older versions of the forum back then.
I've had these cels in my collection for longer than I care to admit to, but sadly I need to let them go to a new home.
My husband needs a lot of dental work and his health is more important to me than holding on to these cels.

I've kept them stored flat in an acid free book, in their bags away from light.
Please excuse the watermarks on the scans, they are just digital and do not exist on the cels (obviously)

1. Star Healer (Yaten Kou) Bank Transformation (Sailor Stars)
Sequence #C44
There is no line fading, rare for Toei cels of this era.
There are small yellow/gold specs of paint on the cel which I think was done for effect. It has been this way since I bought it.
There is no sketch (douga) included. There is rice paper stuck to the back of the cel which I never attempted to remove.

2. Usagi Upside Down (Sailor Stars Episode 186)
2 Layer Cel Sequence# A6 & B3 Key End
I believe the layers are stuck together, never tried to separate them.
There is a sketch (douga) included of the A6 layer.
There is typical line fading in her hair, otherwise condition is very good.

3. Star Fighter (Seiya) Sailor Stars Episode 199
Sequence number is A2 Key End
There is a sketch (douga) included. I don't know if it's stuck to the cel or not. I don't want to remove it from the bag.
There is very little line fading in the cel. The only area of line fading I could find was around her neck, but you have to really examine the cel to find it.
At the top of the cel there are pieces of scotch tape holding a cut piece of cel onto the top. I bought the cel this way & am pretty sure it was done at the studio. I never messed with it, just left it as I got it.

4. Sailor Lead Crow (Sailor Stars)
Sequence number is B2.
There is a sketch (douga) included. I don't know if it's stuck to the cel or not. I don't think it is, but I don't want to remove it from the bag.
There is very little line fading in the cel. The only area of line fading I could find was in her bracelet, but you have to really examine the cel to find it.
I'm honestly not sure what episode this from, I never could track it down.

5. Legato Bluesummers (Trigun Original Series)
Sequence number is A5.
There is a sketch (douga) included. I don't know if it's stuck to the cel or not. I don't think it is, but I don't want to remove it from the bag.
The cel is in excellent condition for its age. There is no line fading that I can see.
Cels of Legato are pretty difficult to find and this one won't break the bank.

I'm not sure what to price these at since I haven't bought a cel in at least 2-3 yrs, so please make reasonable offers.
If you lowball me, I'll just ignore you.
If I don't get any real interest here, I'll be tossing these to ebay next week.

The other cels in my gallery aren't really for sale.
There are some I just won't sell like the Trigun & Thundercats so please don't pester me about them.

Paypal payments only please.
Message me here or email me ripleyalienwarrior at yahoo dot com

Thanks.
