They appear to be fan cels. Seller even mentions something about an artist in Japan, however,
I have never seen such a high price tag on a fan cel.

Also, if it is a fan cel, isn't it only right that the seller states somewhere in the listing name that it is a fan cel? I
just think that otherwise it is misleading. Just my 2 cents.

Yes I also thought 8O so much money ....for a fan cel..
But it was pretty enough to catch my eye
